Not withstanding I have not won teh lottery, I could move right into this lovely home with no problem. This family truly made it a home and not a showplace. You can feel the warmth, love, character of the home. The architect did a bang-up job. Well done.

Dear Gail Bell We were so looking forward to your Sotheby's video of 144 North Main Street in Historic Hingham , Massachusetts . BUT to our great Dismay the voice of the Narrator was so : " Terribly AFFECTED " that we were unable to watch your video until the end ..... The affected way he puts an Accent at the end of words makes our skin crawl ... We just don't understand WHY in the World you would hire the ; Narrator from Nashua Video Tours to Narrate a SOTHEBY'S Property ? Unfortunately when we see a Title beginning with " Nashua " We move on very quickly !!! The opening of this video was misleading . When we heard the 1st Notes of the Brandenberg Concerto #3 we were so Pleased UNTIL the man who narrates ALL of the Nashua Video Tours began speaking ... ( " Nashua " Videos often have music with overbearing percussion that easily spoil the experience for the viewers ) Of all the people in the World to choose from couldn't you possibly find a " warmer " and a more professional sounding Voice ? PS. This Video is from 2012 . Is the Property Available now in 2021 ? There were no comments so I was just curious ? Thank you Ms. Bell .

I know this area very well. Grew up in Hingham (next town) and drove over Jerusalem Rd many, many times. A magnificent part of the country. Home to a classic New England village green and the storied South Shore Music Circus.

Very nice house. The interior design is total crap, but the house has excellent interior design potential and the yard and view; spectacular with very few house design/structural flaws that can be fixed.

was inside this home once- had a great thai meal prepared by the very sweet prior owner - and indeed so magnificent and impressive a home- just cannot believe that someone, still as yet, has failed to snatch this place up- has to be seen to be believed ... k.b.
