I think, a good follow-up video to this would be a video on "Spacing"- that expands on how frequently & far spaced the retrieval practice should be.

I never knew when enough was good enough. My assignments really didn't matter to me; they didn't teach me anythung. Assignments were merely done for professors

Great video! Now that I think back to my past behaviors, I think I might actually have this perfectionism problem. Especially the avoiding mistakes part. I rarely could get anything started and nothing is done. I FUCKING hate this shit. Thanks for the video though.

I agree with lorikayser200: why ever is music used in the background? It is extremely distracting, not appropriate with an explanation.

Isn't it rather strange that in a video advocating retrieval practice, the presenter keeps looking at her autocue, or notes, every few seconds?

Your idea to name different lists "Today, Monday, Tuesday" etc allowed me to construct a weekly plan. Thanks!

Take a deep breath and give yourself much more time than you think you need. Aim for around 2 minutes until the ideas start coming back. If it feels hard, it's working. Keep at it!

Yeah. Not sure why it's so often added to videos that really dont need it. Especially ones that focus on audio.

@@janellblunt2523It surely helps especially when the reply comes from the researcher herself instead of from some study guru! 🙏🏻
