@@BillYam-l3v You can always get the black version if you don’t want it to stand out so much and blend in more. The quality is similar to pair of SkullCandy earbuds I have and the size as well. They are definitely smaller and lighter then the Bose QuietComfort II that I regularly use. I believe they are smaller than the Sony PS5 earbuds too but I personally haven’t tried them. If you’re looking for better drivers and quality sound, go with some Audio Technica or a known high end audio like Bowers & Wilkins

How do you like how they fit in your ears? I have the wired Steelers buds and their saving grace is that they have the wrap-behind ears grip that helps them stay in. I don't understand your one negative part of the review. You say you had issues and just kept dealing with the issues. But once you reached out... They fixed it... So you were lazy and didn't reach out over an issue and it's their fault??? Every manufacturer has a bad egg here and there. If you get one and they replace it, it's not a problem. That's a positive. They fixed the issue for you lol. Guess you would have rather just dealt with it?
@Tech_HD1
@Tech_HD1 26 күн бұрын
It’s not laziness, it’s quality control on their end because everything should’ve been tested before it was sent out to make sure that it all works properly. From the remapping, to the button pressing. If you pay $300+ on a custom controller, you want it to be perfect and not have any issues when you get it. The difference with me and a regular customer is I worked with the company and talent manager directly for this review and to make sure that it was in fact defective and is why it took a while for me to send it back because they wanted to make sure beforehand. If it’s a regular customer, they don’t have that direct line of contact and could take longer for them to get a replacement. So they waited 2 weeks to get the controller just for it to be defective, need to send it back and wait another 2-4 weeks until they get their replacement. On the plus side, they have that amazing warranty so you should be covered regardless. It happens but what makes it worse is they knew that this controller was specifically for a review video and they would want everything to work perfectly but it didn’t and they weren’t happy about that when I told them about it. The good thing is to this day, my Aim Controller still works flawlessly with no issues and I still use it to this day 👍🏼
@thomasj2797

@@Tech_HD1 yeah im not sure what you are on about. It's how products work lol. I've bought a $1000 GPU with an issue and had to do testing with the manufacturer before they decide it is in fact a problem with it. That is how it works. I just got a refund for my 13700kf for the microcode issue. I'm at 3 weeks with Intel waiting for it to get back to them for my refund, after 2 weeks of back and forth of testing. 2 weeks for a company to say "yes it is messed up, send it back" is normal. And for you to say "they sent it to me for a review and should give me a golden sample" shows the dream world you live in... So they should make false claims and thoroughly test YOUR product but not the average consumers? No they treated you like anyone else, sent one off the line, and then replaced it. That is good customer service. No one can test every product 1000 times to be sure it is ok before sending it. They already have a high wait time, so you want to add another month of waiting so they can test it for every customer? I guarantee they tested if it programmed and it did, so they sent it to you. It's not normal, I'm sure for the memory to not hold the programming settings, so to test every one when it turns off and turns back on would add a lot of additional wait time, even if it seems small. I still fail to see the issue here. They sent you the product any random person would get. You had an issue. They replaced it. That is a positive. They didn't dick you around, and replaced it. What more would you want from them??? It would be 100000000% disingenuous to send you a super tested and verified product if that isn't what they normally do for EVERYONE... get it? Edit: nevermind it would have been better if they didn't replace it for you. That would be a GOOD company. And a positive. OR better yet, they should have put better parts in your controller so it seemed super good and sold a lesser product to their customers! That would be a good company. What jokers for sending you what everyone would get, testing it with you, and then replacing it for you. What A holes they are! There are literal complaints of how CPU and GPU manufacturers send the best of the best to reviewer so they can show "you can OC this cpu/gpu to x amount" then the customer isn't able to. Or games where they send a small optimized section/area of the game to seem super stable. The customer gets the game and it crashes all the time. YEP Aim Controllers should have made sure you got a super sample and been treated special. That would be a much better account of what they offer their customers.
@Tech_HD1

@thomasj2797 1) your missing the point when it comes to collaborating and working with creators. Companies always want to make sure that the review units are in perfect condition and meet with the quality that they aim for. I’m not saying to make my unit better than the average consumer, but make sure it works. That’s how marketing works. It doesn’t look good on their end that a defective unit has been sent out. 2) Regardless, they have followed up with me and told me that they upped their Quality Control to ensure that stuff like this happens less often. Feedback is always necessary and a good thing if you want to improve and that’s what a review is for. The pros and the cons. 3) Aim Controller could’ve told me to not include that in the video but they didn’t mind. I told them ahead a time and they liked that I mentioned that I got it replaced at least and everything works now. And it would’ve looked bad on my part if I didn’t mention this because that would make me biased. Yes, I worked with them for this review but they didn’t pay me and I’m gonna mention everything that I experienced. Good and Bad. Either way, they loved the video and learned from the feedback that I provided and improved since then.
@thomasj2797
@thomasj2797 26 күн бұрын
@@Tech_HD1 I'm really not missing the point. They should not test your sample extra to be pristine. You have now given an honest review. Which we all appreciate! We can expect "I might have a small issue when I get mine BUT... They will replace it for me, what a great company!" It's a con if you experience an issue and then they say "well the sucks, deal with it loser!" which they didn't. They sent you what everyone gets. To do otherwise is, as I said, disingenuous. They are genuine and that is good. They didn't cater to you for the best of best sample for a review. The companies that do are shit honestly. And by doing so make your reviews disingenuous. Thanks for letting us know we can't trust your reviews moving forward with products!
