You can reject his advances in this scene (therefore canceling his romance route), however, you can only romance either him or Megaera (Or both without repercussions). Dusa is also included in this options, but as a spoiler... She just likes you as a friend and rejects you. All the Ambrosia that you gave her you have the option to take it back or just let her keep it (there are also no repercussions if you decide to take the Ambrosia back)
