Hello! I'm looking for information. Mental Imagery Practice sounds like the right terminology. So I'm off to research that. Thank-you. It looks like you do good work, helping folk using interesting techniques.

@@MoizRedYT Could be a synchronicity? It depends on the nature of your journey. I searched for Mental Visualization Practice and a 2 hour video from Andrew Huberman was at the top. If you haven't already seen it, do have a view! So bro, I'll tell you, I'm search for wisdom. The realm of the mind is bigger than we'll ever know! I'm all ears if you want to share. Cheers!

@@ninstar8165 Its such a weird cross paths i do say . and you wont believe it if tell you i'm on that too! . i'm in search of intrinsic knowledge aswell! . i've been struggeling with visual imagination since after covid-19 pandemic , once i healed from the virus , i experienced brain fog for along time without knowing it. then one day i've started working on myself . and what brought me to this video is the book of Napoleon Hill "Think and Grow Rich" , when i reached a chapter where he talks about how imagination (chapter 6) is very important rule of idea , desire and faith .and how they work together to achieve goals , i thought to myself that .. that's right! that's it! because you know when i was a young i remember i been not sleeping for the reason that i've been imagining myself dreaming becoming of all sort of stuffs , pilot , doctor , astronaut , president , saving the world , being a superhero , whatever!! imagination is the key. but i been deprived of that for a very long time! until i decided to live in a dull life and get to Grow , to feel the hunger , to stay foolish who's wanting more and more clarification . the mind is indeed a bigger realm .. thanks for sharing with me . excuse my english because im working on it too :D ( i made a promise to myself to never use AI , i want to use my Brain. ) cheers!

@@ninstar8165 It’s such a strange journey I’m on, and I bet you won’t believe it, but I’m also searching for that intrinsic knowledge! After recovering from COVID-19, I struggled with brain fog for quite some time without realizing it. But one day, I decided to start working on myself. What led me to this video was reading Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. In Chapter 6, Hill talks about how imagination is key to turning ideas, desires, and faith into reality. That really resonated with me! As a kid, I would stay up late imagining all sorts of things - becoming a pilot, doctor, astronaut, or even a superhero. Imagination was everything! But somewhere along the way, I lost that spark. Now, I’m committed to growing, staying curious, and never stopping my search for knowledge.

How tall is this guy? I'm 5'10" and have a hard time getting in and out of most vehicles including some pickups and SUVs. Perhaps I'm spoiled by my Honda Element, but I'm convinced that car doors are not made like they used to be. I tried to get out of the back seat of a Tesla yesterday, and hurt my neck.

Thanks for pointing this out. There are several ways to safely get into and out of a car. This is just one of the ways to be able to do this safely.

I enjoyed your video! I have been trying to find for a KZbin vid similar to yours that informs the topics in this video! 🧑⚕️ The part at 1:19 is educational. Your vid reminds me of the vids of this awesome medical student Dr Ethan! Dr's demonstrations are for sure knowledgable and he helped me on my midterms! He is a respected medical student. I recommend you watch his KZbin out and give Dr Ethan a like! ➡️ #FutureDrEthan
