Watching this first thing tomorrow. Absolutely adore these beautiful bikes

Brilliant vid guys. I'm sorry but Ducati got the livery wrong on these. I definitely think the Iconic/Deadpool paint scheme is by far the best looking. Just don't sell it before I get there next year ok. Pleeeease!🙏

The 1 thing they did cheap out on was the front and rear generic master cylinders

Sand-cast engine parts, and their first V4 I think? Massive leap for a smaller company

The early 60s Ducati 1260 Apollo was their 1st v4

The GP7's that I've seen, I thought they sounded like a twin. I like the high-tail version alot better, sounds like a proper V4. I'd gladly take any and all though, haha!

Woohoo! Another ask Iconic. I like these. Nice choice Angel👍🏼 Not my personal choice as all time favourite Kawasaki but definitely one of the Kawasaki's I really like.

What would your answer be?

@@IconicMotorbikes so difficult. Because I'm not a hoon like Angel (*cough) my mind goes straight back to a 1979 Z1 and honestly, many others from the 80's & 90's. After 2000 they really worked them over with the ugly stick. The 2006 636 was one of the few that escaped it.

On the 2008 zx6rs, I cried everytime I would do a valve cover gasket RnR. The way that frame pinches on above the cams. No Bueno.

Turn the heating on in the shop, those guys are wrapped up, . How do i find an iconic east shop walk/inventory ? thanks,.
@IconicMotorbikes5 күн бұрын
Unfortunately the hangar does not have a full heating set up - we bought individual heaters for each bay instead. Adam was the last one at Iconic East, he shared this on social media a month ago: facebook.com/watch/?v=522111157265667

To have a fuel pressure regulator of a Ducati 851 is just impressive. Only iconic motorbikes have that kind of inventory kept in their shop ! Love from India !

Good choice! It just got a motor rebuild as well: iconicmotorbikeauctions.com/auction/2008-ducati-desmosedici-rr-669-with-1335-miles/
@ge-spot91406 күн бұрын
And Triumph probably used those M8's because it was what they had sitting around in the parts bin😅
@ge-spot91406 күн бұрын
Four desmosedici's just sitting around. Apparently as common as Toyota's. Can't be worth anything. You may as well just give me one so I can clear some space for you to fill with "rare" bikes😂

I didn't realise that Lambretta was actually a genuine police bike. I thought it was just another gag one like the previous little bike you guys made up, haha!

20 hours between piston changes and gearbox parts and so on... doesn't sound very practical a weekend on track and it has to be rebuilt... still, if you can afford it and it's your bag...

Ah, good catch! I did indeed forget to mention that. That brand has had quite a crazy history in the last few years. What are some of the events you go to? I'll be doing a ACH/AFH ride tomorrow (11/10) morning if you want to join and I'll be at the Moto Social at the Dainese store on 11/13 but I may need to head back home to Boston for a bit after that. Hope to see you around - or feel free to come check out the shop, just give us a heads up! [email protected]
