It's agreed that England's over fishing has diminished the likelihood of many apex predators, including whites. Many Englishmen find this a benefit, not a problem, which is sad but true. Not everyone wants whites or any other apex predators in their midst, which is understandable, especially for communities that rely on beach areas to drive their economy.

of course British waters are favorable to great whites. The water temperature is perfect and there's a plethora of sea life that whites love to eat, aka: seals. However, the presence of a lot of killer whales might deter them from being present in large numbers, as they are on both W&,E coasts of the US.

Wow I learned more in your 17 minute video than I have in most full-length documentaries! Some of these animals are pure nightmare fuel. (Even the ones that are only a few inches large.) I wonder if we evolved to fear the abyss and the creatures who inhabit it?

Lol, while true the method used isn't arbitrary. We basically use how many animals we see in any given area and go from there. But that's science, you never achieve perfect knowledge. You do the best you can with the data you have till you get more

It deeply saddens me that Spain is set to try and farm octopus, anyone who knows these cephalopods will tell you how intelligent they are and their sentience. We have already seen the factory farming of salmon and the horrors alongside pollution and the fish being eaten alive by parasites. I ask those. That care to seek out the international petition to ask Spain to reconsider this venture. Investing in sustainable fishing is where we should concentrate our efforts not industrial cruelty. 🙏🏻

Sorry, but the phrase, "Deep Sea Gigantic-ism" to me is a catch all phrase because scientists have observed large animals in the deeps, and have absolutely no idea why they are that big. Nothing to see here...

I don’t think the UKs orcas would be a big problem for the sharks. Every Orca population is specialized in a certain prey item and are pretty picky about switching it up. For example, when salmon populations declined in Alaska, so too did the Orcas. There are plenty of salmon sharks there but too my knowledge, none were predated on by those salmon eaters.
