It ain't nerfed. A stock H2R is not getting any close to 400 km/h, only with proper gearing you'll be able to reach that speed irl and that also applies to the game. Also you need a straight longer than that used in this guy's video to do so. With the best performance parts and gearing all maxed out for higher top speed + slick tires I was able to do 390+ km/h between the sections of Döttinger Höhe and Tiergarten on Nürburgring Nordschleife. I hate that they've not added a long continuos straight track to this game such as Ehra-Lessien so we could explore the true potential of these beasts.
