It is a 2021 Epiphone SG. They normally cost about 500 dollars. It's a great guitar, and they're a good bit cheaper than a Gibson.

How did you rename the preset?

When you click save when you are done creating your tone you will have the option to click "save as" and from there you can rename your preset
