Una recomendación muy frecuente en mi país es tener cuidado con la "contaminación cruzada" de los alimentos . La carne , verduras , frutas y lácteos deben estar separados , cada uno en su propio contenedor y hasta incluso cortarse en diferentes tablas con cuchillos bien lavados entre unas y otros . Las bacterias que pueden estar en los alimentos crudos , principalmente en las carnes , pueden contaminar a los otros , es mi experiencia personal .
