Honest opinion the kitchen is too small!..no space for microwave!..big living room..with small kitchen and small laundry area..the developer missed out!..

I hear you...and Imagine this is big in this market at that price.. 😮 .... Cause of high demand, developers are making the units less and less spacious by the day... So we have to appreciate an "okay" sized unit when we see one. 🙂

one bedroomed for 5m is insanely expensive for me , that is why I invest in Rwanda , way more reasonably cheaper , same and even at times better quality

Beautiful unit except that the developer completely forgot about the kitchen then added it inside the living room as an afterthought. I hope they'll consider the kitchen in the next phase.
