36:30 _Are you feeling hemmed in?_ I didn't know this expression, and it describes exactly what's going on in my world just now. A new opportunity within my workplace was agreed for me last summer. I still haven't been able to transfer to that new team, because senior management wants me to complete some major work that my line and department managers were responsible for and failed to complete (they never even started because they have no idea how to do this). I would be able to do this work, but I wasn't trained to do it, my manager received all the training, and months of freed schedule, and all the support an employee could ask for to get this work done. Now very senior management is looking at me like this has been my responsibility all along, and they won't let me leave until I get my manager's job done. It was never my job! The whole situation feels so unjust and downright bizarre. And yes, I have no idea how to handle it 😔

Pile 1. Totally resonated on both sides. He did “ side swipe “ me last year in awaking feeling I’d long since locked away from the world . We SHOULD have spoken for decades as we have so many people and places connected. We are both focused on other areas, both been badly hurt and thrown ourselves into work .. There’s no “ real” at the moment as distance and work commitments are being a “ buffer” , this is good as in the past I have worked on codependency and other trauma issues I have , but I do feel it will evolve..

Pile 1 ❤ I really absolutely don't want to go into this. It's way too intense emotionally and for dealing with someone so shakingly unpredictable moving between hot and cold my nervous system would have daily meltdowns. I am SO out of here. And I just know how much time and efforts it takes to heal this pattern. Not something that can be done over night. I'm rather alone then in this, it just means chaos for my life. Wow i just got a message from my boss. At 320pm . So i guess pile 2 and 3 were for me. He said his money is just going thru and when it does he is going to pay me today. I said i would come back to work when he was ready to bring me back. Wow you nailed it❤
