Good question, you will want to add {unsubscribe_url} to the end of your newsletter. This will always give your audience the opt-out option.

In order for you to setup dates, you have to make the "Start Campaign When" for "Specific Date Occurs". You'll see this option when creating a new campaign.

But why bother when their email system has terrible deliverability? You can use mail-tester to test sending email from kvCORE with and without the “From Email” and the score is worse when you add an email due to DMARC domain mismatch and stuff. Their mail server IPs are on multiple spam lists. Very frustrating.

If you're referring to the contact page on your website then sadly there is no option to "add" a new field to the page. It is setup by default. Please email us at [email protected] if you still have questions!

Thank you! That's tough question due to the amount of "placements' the ad can show up in on FB & instagram. A go-to size that fits most placements though is 1080x1080 & you can adjust the ad itself after if needed. Since this was an agent who didn’t have their google tracking code setup for the website for retargeting then our conversion is actually measured in a kvCORE as a real lead, not a click or landing page view -- for this agent at the time of the video until we got the google code tracking in the website then we could change the conversion as a lead in kvCORE
