Download the MS Project sample at the top of our support article, here: support.officetimeline.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057534513-Import-your-Microsoft-Project-plan-into-Office-Timeline As for how to get two tasks on the same row, just go to the Office Timeline Ribbon, click on 'Edit timeline', and inside the newly opened Timeline view you can easily drag and drop items to your desired positions. Thanks for all the tips. Is there a recommended forum for questions? I am trying to find out how I can easily manage the timeline period. Sometimes I have projects that a task takes a long time, and I do not want to show 6 months previous in my timeline. In order to remove that I have to remove the task and it makes the timeline a little deceiving.
