This was definitely a mod, this used to be a Dover. Not sure who modernized it as the mod is very generic. Edit: This is likely a Schindler mod but unsure.

I feel like this is some sort of modernization. It’s definitely traction though. It’s most likely bottom drive traction due to the motor noise being louder on the bottom floor. EDIT: Yep it’s a mod. Formerly was a Old Otis, most likely had black buttons.
