This was the first ever flash game I remember playing as a child.

Really cool style, also monster girls may be just a style chose (some kind of eye candy) and do not really prevent from telling good stories, Butt, ass author mentions in this video hakoniwa instead decided to go into full interactive NPCs with a lot of cursed humour

If you think about it, Shadow Tower is the Dragon Buster II of Dark Souls.

It makes me happy knowing there were other people who adored junkbot as much as I did... it may even be the reason I love robots in general today! Seeing your stories as a young junkbot enthusiast made me smile. Great video, subbed!!

Moonlight Syndrome was an edgier spin off of Twilight Syndrome where the cast was killed off. This story will make no sense unless if you play that game.

Some people say Sonic is in a worse place than Pac-Man. Sonic may get bad games, but that fact is why Sonic still has value to me. Sonic is at least able to have discussions about how his games are, meanwhile Pac-Man just releases slop that CAN be good or bad, yet since it's probably just a rehash of the original, there's no real point in caring about it. Even Ghostly Adventures is proof of this. People TALK about how bad that is, meanwhile most stuff after besides re-pac, people only have 1 or 2 comments on it.

Man, the official translation utterly butchered the last set of levels. The lords of the mountain were called the "Creature of the North" and implied Volvox/Bolbox was behind the resurrected creatures, when really he just comes out of nowhere to hijack the Crystals and be the final boss while the Saurians are actually the ones who were messing with things. Makes a lot more sense now.

I'll be honest - I didn't get it. It is written like it has some deep and mysterious meaning under the surface, but no matter how deep I digged, I couldn't find it, only the surface-level symbolism. Every interpretation I had felt stretched out, and every theory felt either meaningless or not very satisfying. Art didn't impress me either, well it was good, and combination of realistic watercolor and simplistic cartoony style certainly did create a dramatic effect, but this beautiful art would have benefited from some more established writing.

I was wondering why i kept seeing videos online where, Madotsuki is a considerably higher resolution than my copies of Yume Nikki. I wanted to know why. I loaded up 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, .05, .06, .07, .08... all the way up to 0.10a. Still not as high resolution, its all more blurred. The answer? This whole time it has been the 2018 Steam version! Now ive got something new to try! I also noticed there's no actual archive for old versions. What's up with that? I'm going to package all the versions together and upload them.
