Hi.. I’m looking to hire an Android expert (via phone or remote control of PC etc) to assist our small volunteer fire department with a drone controller issue. We purchased 2 DJI RC-Plus drone controllers that were modified to run the DJI “FLY” app and control drones other than what the RC-Plus was capable of. The RC-Pro model is capable of controlling those drones, but is physically too small for our use. It appears the people who modified the RC-Plus and sold them to us (from China) simply loaded the firmware/software for the other RC-Pro controller onto the RC-Plus. They instructed not to ever update the FW, but I accidentally clicked “OK” and now it does not function properly. We DO have a working unit. (The 2nd one we purchased). Is there a way to simply image the entire functioning device and restore it onto the now non-functioning one? The hardware is 100% the same and each has a micro-SD card slot. Also… the units appear to be running Android 10. Thank you!
