Just got one of these. My only complaint is the liner lock release is a little hard to get to. They seriously must make these for a dollar in order to be able to ship them all over the country and still make money. Amazing. Love the white one too.

I returned that POS😂 The white one however is great. Got 6 and dyed em'. Picked up a few of the blue recurves and black tanto fixies. Theyre decent. Did have to put new edges on them to get thru the top layer of soft steel. Made a huge difference. But yeah, $5???😂

Rit synthetic... Turned out really good. Dark green, aqua (a nice dark shade), pink (which turned more purple than pink) and purple. The greens my favorite tho, turned dark forest. And kept one white!

Super impressed for 5 bucks. How the hell they do it??? The action is stellar. Yeah, its light duty. Cut some boxes and sharpen my pencil at work, but i carry 3 damn knives 😆

My dropout Omega spring broke in the first 30 seconds of using the knife. I returned it but I wish I should have swapped it now they're never in stock. So I just picked up the stormtrooper today, actually feels much better in the action than the dropout did. Curious to find out what that steal ends up actually being, put $5 access lock on bearings is insane

Looks sharp. That's a great way to use the 4" magnetic tray (under the lid). I do the same on my larger boxes.

Picked up the white one today. It is a $5 knife no doubt about it. Still looking for The Grail knife just for the better steel. Biggest complaint about this one is the lock buttons are both very rough with a noticeable sharp edge, especially on the right side.

It does have a steel liner. Its just sleek. (Under plastic handle) I like mine a lot. Its really good for slicing and peeling. And its always in arms reach. Glad your keeping it!

@@Hondakid420 It depends where you buy them from. I have some of each now. Even the hard nylon ones are very nice. Not flimsy at all because they have a full metal liner inside, unlike the bugout where you can squish it in the middle. I can show you where to buy either For this knife - the BM290BK clone, I braided my lanyard into a snake braid. It really helps to give your little fingers something to hold onto, and keep a firm grip on the short handle while manipulating the axis lock

I have this knife. I like it. Well made, sharp and a cool design. Was easy to touch up factory edge. And tip is super sharp! Liked it so much for the price, I bought my brother one.

It's cool, but when you have this type of light, you can't just swap the batteries and be back in business. Thats the main issue. Also looks trickt to hold in my teeth like my Stream light micro stream.
