Ok one small thing i don't understand. He said that if we continue adding acid we can potentially ruin our buffer solution's ability to resist, because there will be no more A- to react with H+. But why is that true? We have an equilibrium after all, isn't the HA meant to eventually form new A- reacting with water?

I heard in another video from somebody else that the splitting of peaks (or the spin-spin coupling) can go up to three bonds further i.e. the spins can interact with each other at that distance so at 9:20 would a not have 2 neighbours (the ones of b) and be a triplet and b have 9 neighbours so 10 peaks? Thanks for the explanation

14:20 can we draw the first and third methyls equatorial up or how do we know if both are downwards.

11:37 the methyl with an extra electron DOES have a charge, it's just negative

Due to the presence of different isotopes of an element in a compound, the parents ions responded differently. How about the daughters ions? As the individual parent ion will generate different daughter ions of different m/z values.
