When I was 16 I was an exchange student here in the late 90’s from the US for half a year. The one other exchange student and I were definitely considered oddities as few foreigners had visited. We got to see the real Russia though and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about living there. The city looks so different and yet in some ways similar at the same time. I’m VERY happy to hear Pizza Nik is still around! ❤

Не понравилось! Идете мимо памятника и его не показываете. Мимо театра - не показываете афишу... Вышли к ТЮЗУ - вы же знаете что там роют метро! А вот показать памятник погибшим солдатам 1мировой - ума хватило на лужи и надписи настенные...😢

Those street lanterns look amazing. Very scenic, The climate must be great as well. You get the full winter experience with snow and everything, and you also get a nice warm (not scorching) summer to enjoy swimming and beach.

It’s absolutely beautiful, parks, palm trees and people everywhere, so lively. It’s very clean too. It’s a very tidy place. No loitering. The weather is ideal too. I would love to live there ❤

A lot different then the US cities, it's missing all the trash and homeless encampments etc. And US politicians tell us that Russia is evil and no good. I think it is the other way around 100%. US politicians have destroyed the US as well as many other countries with their bs coups and invasions. This is just my opinion. Russian people have respect for one another as well as their country. I see zero trash.🤔

“Russia is a fantastic country”. Wow! Russia has inflicted the most suffering and death to its own people and people in neighbouring countries in the last 100 years of any country in the world! Everything you see in this video was built by Putin for the Sochi olympics, by spending billions of Russian taxpayers money, in order to convince the world that Russia is a modern, peaceful country, just so that nobody would ever believe that he would be capable of killing thousands of civilians in Ukraine and threatening to wipe out the world with nuclear weapons! This country holds the record for sanctions - almost 18,000. But it's not enough for us, let's have more.😂 Isn't it noticeable that we are eating the last hedgehogs here?😅 Oh, how bad it is for us here- robbery, devastation, everyone is starving... 😮 Seriously? The largest country in the world with huge areas of arable land and huge reserves of resources should suffer because of some kind of incomprehensible sanctions imposed by whom??😏 Has the American government gone completely crazy and does not see the truth behind its crown??? Turn on your brains and tell your government that you are not idiots and the imposed sanctions spoil the lives of Europeans and Americans first of all, but not Russians!
