The most i remind of Madonna is due to those 2 ladies, when i was a child when watched Madonns's videos i always wondering why she chose a black girl and asian girl as her backsingers/ main dancers, of course I always amazed of how they both make chemistry with Madonna performance.

Generally people who take what they do very seriously, can be assholes at times. And if you're the type of person that can work with them God bless you

Like Bob Dylan? And punk-rock singers? She is singing in a completely different style here, and had JUST STARTED singing. Check out her "Evita," her later ballads, etc. She has a lovely pop voice.

I think 2:45 is when she first notices the person in her 'eye line'. She messes up shortly after, goes again, and then looks in the same direction as before before asking them to leave.
