You need to learn some more information before talking about things! First you need to know is that place is made without permission and often on a private lend ! Nobody pay taxes, so service is not provided! There are places like the gypsies areas in Varna where they pay taxes and garbage bins are placed, but because of mentality they dont use them and its all looks the same like what you show!

Most of the houses you saw are kind of self-built, so they don’t really go through permits, documents, and all that bureaucracy. I mean, technically everyone is supposed to, but no one bothers. They’re pretty much left alone because there’s a lot of them, and they provide a ton of paid votes when election time comes. As for bills? Nah, they dodge those too. Their cables are hooked up to someone else’s, and that person ends up paying for their electricity. People in interviews have legit said it’s super easy to hook themselves up like that. So yeah, that’s how it works. In terms of income, most of them don’t have jobs-mainly because they don’t want to . Or, they work in Germany, the UK, or Spain. For Spain, if they have citizenship, they get unemployment money for basically doing nothing, and then they start a side job with no contract. That way, they earn even more money while still being counted as unemployed, sooo… then they come back to Bulgaria richer than the head of my department. In conclusion, their expenses are super low, and I wouldn’t say their income is all that bad. Sure, they live in a very poor environment, but that’s on them-they’re making it like that themselves. There was an apartment building a bit down from where you were that got destroyed in seconds after it was given to them. There’s also another building I know of that’s messed up, too. So yeah, they’re definitely not victims.
