Marvelous! The Data Act does not get any attention at all. Even the "big" IT-Players in Germany do not realise that they are affected by the regulation with their online services. Same and even worse with the Digital Service Act. The latter is at least somewhat implementable in comparison to the Data Act.

This is how you stop your leeching of personal data from people VPN network. It is as simple as that. When I start working, the computers go on and logged into a VPN. This hides my IP address everytime I log in, which means business I am conducting is private and my data is very limited because it is over my own private VPN. What does this mean then you ask?. It means they cannot watch what I am doing, are unable to take data related to my network, anything. So keep your personal data rubbish going Britain, you are a con, a massive con and a fake country, nearly as fake as the USA, not far off, certainly you are a very pompous country and peoples. YOU have no need for our personal data, you did not before internet and you should not now. Why do you need all our data please?. You have never explained WHY?. I know why and guess what, I am savvy and have high security that bans anyone watching my movements online through to all the data on my system being completely secured. So no hackers, no watchers, no FEDS watching, they simply cannot. They can request from the IP company the data the Police and FEDS, but no one else. So what we have is a secure and safe way of surfing the internet without any prying eyes, your data is protected and cannot be stolen or sold on, because the VPN changes your IP everytime you log in, so it becomes impossible to track a persons data down, unless you are the Police or FEDS of course who can access it. But thats no problem, I am not a criminal, and they have to have access to things like internet use for solving crimes, so that is of no concern. But they cannot watch you and that is the difference here, a VPN removes all snooping capabilities and changes your IP address. THAT is how you secure your personal data and stop organisations like Google selling your information on. The information from a VPN is useless to them :). I recommend anyone who is like me who despises the fact they have all these rules and rights to gather your personal data in anyway shape or form they deem fit to take from you and who are vulgar and highly insulting to your intelligence, then I recommend that you get yourself a VPN. I use CyberGhost8, it blocks everything. Because I have a high speed fibre internet, it does not even slow it down. So the solution to "data selling on" is a VPN and higher security. If you all did this, the problem is solved, it really is solved. VPN stops them all, all of them, apart from the Police and FEDS who to me should have access to everything especially in a crime, but they can only access it after you have been on, not whilst you are on it. THAT is the difference. So take your EU, USA bs data act and shove it right up your western soulless asses
