Biggest mistake Eddie ever made was to let Jimmy go. They started off together and were a great team. Those first few albums were his best and Jimmy's playing is nothing short of great. And Jimmy's a really cool person

Arlen has the touch of the Gods in addition to the licks. That’s what makes this sing like a bird while crying like a sweet lil child.

You want lots of money A fortune in gold You want everything Girl you’re so cold You want a big house And a high neighborhood What can I do for ya? I’ll sing the blues for ya So you’ll better listen To what life is all about What can I do for ya? I’ll sing the blues for ya Some play the game Some always lose But I’ll play to win Baby I got the news (you know I’m talking about) And I want to know What the fuss is all about What can I do for ya? I’ll sing the blues for ya So you’ll better listen To what life is all about What can I do for ya? I’ll sing the blues for ya I want you to know That it’s understood If you want to be with me Babe you’d better be good So girl if you want me You know where I will be I’ll be right here So open your eyes and see And what do you need What do you want from me? What can I do for ya? I’ll sing the blues for ya Now what you need? Tell me what you want from me What can I do for ya?

Jimmy Thackery went to my high school in DC (though not when I did). This band is so tight. We often went to the Psyche Delly in Bethesda to see them. So good. Should have been bigger.
