Not that many tutorials available for it, but if you have the willpower to learn it, its pretty good. It's kinder on the cpu than many other DAWs, so that could be a plus. I would however recommend something that's easier to find tutorials for tho, it helps if you get stuck and you can watch others produce with the same tools. You can't go wrong with FL or Ableton Live, but for a beginner those prices may seem high

Can you please ask you question ! About the kick and Bass ! Whats the RMS level of the kick and also the bass ? For me i use the VU meter to see the average level of the kick they said you have to make ur KICK hit the 18RMS its true?

You say to "include links to stream as well as to download". If the link is a Soundcloud link that allows you to listen as well as to download, does that suffice, or when you say stream, are you referring to a Spotify or Apple Music stream?
