As interesting as the campaign is, i do wish there were some Americans whom sided with the Soviets. Ie maybe some really poor people or minorities who coulld be promised benefits from allying with them. Woulda made an already good campaign great.

If I'm getting the story right, Kane never said anything about his plan for GDI to use the Ion Cannon on Temple Prime outside of some close loyalists... Hell, pretty much every commander you meet up until that point never knew until Kane returned during the Scrin invasion.
