The German ringbinder brand "Org-Verlag" does produce great leather ringbinders true to size A6 called "Junior". The rings are like the Filofax Pocket format rather than Personal. However the rings are spaced 1mm further apart than Filofax (20mm compared to the Filofax 19mm spacing)

Hi there, some photos are online, some are my own or postcards. Also old albums and bits from the thrift stores. I prefer my own photos as much as possible 😀

Hello! Nice video. I like those kind of old good and sturdy sweaters, if you search some in the market they are quite difficult to find, and if it would probably be in a thrift store. My grandmother used to make some to me and my cousins when we were little, with big buttons and what not... i've never been cold! Hope your project will be successfull! I don't own a Carpe Diem, is it as sturdy as a Filofax? I'm wondering... thank your for the flip through and your explanations... and yes indeed your project pages are really lovely. Hi there, thanks for the message, the Carpe Diem is fine, it’s a little bit more wider than a Filofax, which is great on the personal size as you can place A6 size pages in easily. The Filofax page inserts are not the same size. I use the A6 as I cut the paper myself. Sometimes doing creative pages when you photocopy, fits only a certain way. Simple stories uses Carpe Diem in its inserts. I like Carpe Diem as it’s great for colours and creative pages.

hi there, thanks for the comment, I am using elastic bands that I sew. Its cheaper than buying, and basic skill to fit is easy. It does have some protection when laying flat, as I have two bands on the back. I also use it for pen holders, if you look at my restored filofax mini's, there are band pen holders I have made. I have a lot of planners un-used, covers and making my own stuff, works better. Get some more use.

Hi there, thanks for the comment. I had to take the pen to the shop as I could not read it. The white pen is a Hybrid Gel Grip DX, 1.0mm ball white. Made in Japan. It’s not cheap and does not last that long. I tried another pen, but was not very good. It’s the only pen I buy that is expensive and a 3.0 mm fine liner permanent marker. Gel pens black that are cheap.

Hello! Thank you! Writing with a typewriter is a game changer indeed. I love typos such as it or dymos, but i have to admit that i like to write a lot with fountain pens. I personnally don't have vision boards, but i have projects under an index with codex system now. I am waiting for a printer, mine was way too old and inks were not available (Used them till the last drop!). Those pages you've made are lovely! Thanks for explaining and sharing! (Covers?! Hello! New subscriber here! I like what you have made with your rings: Your system is simple but yet very effective and artsy at the same time. This hit me like a puch on the face with a lot of good vibes! It reminded me lots of things i did in notebooks in my youngest days. As growing up i forgot about writing and all of those precious moments i passed alone, enjoying the little things by myself. Since 2011 i tried to renew with that but i forgot also one very important thing: having fun! I don't know if i can come back on that way because i tend to be very minimalist and liking monochrome, but... gosh! It was refreshing to see what you do! Thank you so much for sharing! It’s been one of the hardest to create a theme for, the space is so small, but it can help creative people on a budget or want to keep the artwork easy. Great for practicing, and if you don’t like it, not a big deal to throw away. I like a brand called happy planner, but it would cost a fortune to invest in. So the collage work can work really well. Happy Planner does a lot of themed stickers and content that I like to watch. The theme ideas and colour are incredible, and like the thinking process.
