New subscriber. Appreciate the details and reasons you provided. I see some people are using mono leaders more often. It’s cost effective and I heard less chances of the knot breaking after being stretched. What is your preference for fluorocarbon vs mono leaders?

Nice lightweight carbon rods if possible, slow pitch or softbait style both work well...spin or overhead your choice/preference.

Only thing I would say is riggers get hit more if you’re not dragging teasers or dredges. I’ve found having both cleats running a teaser the two corners following them get hit most
