Those tires will do fine in the sand. U just have to drop the pressure accordingly

The same guy that say he added wheel spacers for stability for towing and then said dont use spacers if u tow alot😂 he will learn tho!
@texasranching7941Күн бұрын
I meant to say dont use spacers if you tow really heavy. Towing frequency is not the problem, the weight is. More leverage on the studs and on the axle

Good looking truck. Good stance. The way I would have done it too

I would like to know if in the future you have problems with the tank in the weld where the pump is placed. It tends to liquefy and break the weld. I bought the same tank and it gave me problems with that. Can you make a full review in the future like 2 or 4 year ?
@texasranching79414 күн бұрын
Yea I will. I cranked the pump down pretty damn tight and it didn’t break but time will tell

i bet it rides rough though....cranking on torsion bars like that always kills ride quality....what about front differential, no drop kit?
@texasranching7941Күн бұрын
Since I did not replace crossmembers and do a 'full lift', its basically a level and rides about the same if not a tiny bit rougher but not noticeable

How is the squat when you tow?
@texasranching794114 күн бұрын
Since squat is only determined by the leaf spring and not the shocks, it is the same as factory

Looks awesome. How are the front angles? Any issues?
@texasranching794114 күн бұрын
Since I did not go the full 3 inches, the lower control arm is not bad. The upper control arm is replaced so it’s good. The tie rods aren’t perfect and neither are the cv axles. Boots will wear out a little faster but not too bad.

Bump steer is not terrible but definitely still needs a steering stabilizer.

Do you notice a rougher ride in the front due to the angles that the cranked up torsion bars put the suspension arms into, typically doing that to independent suspension trucks makes it noticeably rougher riding. Obviously the pressures you carry in your tires will certainly make a difference as well one way or the other. By the way how has the L8T engine done for you so far, any issues and I am guessing the fuel mileage is nothing great due to these trucks size and weight, never mind your raised height.
@jamesshepherd8565Ай бұрын
This is how trucks should be, leveled with bigger tires, that's it. It looks great.
