Mine is Sharp ES-HDB87W. Tried the reset with the washing machine off... Didn't work. After I put it to do a program but didn't started it and did the reset... It worked ! Maybe I opened the door 13 times... But it worked ! Thanks At first I thought it's bs until I saw a second youtuber doing the same reset... Bruh... This is jank if the manufacturer did this... I have a second one... Actually is the older washing machine and it tells you exactly what the problem is by displaying an error code... It's a Privileg one... Never did me wrong... Always knew what to doto repair it. 👍
