Yes that is correct. I wish I could have taken him with me. But some locals do also feed the dogs, so many get something to eat.

🙏🙏🙏 thank you soo much for feeding this poor animals. Just think think about this.. When you feeding a one animal( big or small ) with a kind heatt you have earned food for100 life times. When you feed an animal with water you will never in thurst for 100 lifetimes. When you feed a human you will never be in hungger for 1000 life times....Load Buddha..... Literally,that man can complain, and remove this video from KZbin. In Sri Lanka, you have the IP of your face. Many KZbin videos by vloggers from other countries were removed like using that law. You have the right to record even in a private place for your safety, but when it comes to publishing, you can't do whatever you want. Even you can legally remove a video that you are in if it is recorded in Sri Lanka and someone else publishes it without a legal agreement.

@@hermannhelguson no you dont need if someone in the video to be removed , and his or her face clear in video , that person can legally remove the video. process is bit long in sri lanka, you have to legally infrom youtube via a court order to do it. but in most cases youtube remove it if you infrom google via cyber crime devision. it is a simmple law unless you give permission any one don't have publishing right to your face.
