In all honest I totally "Do Not" Agree with the clauses that permit the President to appoint Commissioners in the Anti Corruption Commission. All the appointees represent the interest of the current party in GVT. Please Anti Corruption Commission is a Sensitive Institution which totally need to be independent. We need serious, honest and competent law bearers not the "Theoretical" individuals that lack credibility and innocence. In my opinion, we are where we are because our leaders i.e Directors, Law bearers, Managers etc have a "Rich" experience in incompetence, dishonest, corruption etc. Most of them get promoted because "Hypocrisy" serve them well. I desire for a free corrupt, incompetent or hypocrisy Zambia.

We have an extremely weak legal system in Zambia that is totally incompetent and lack credibility. How can we have "Justice" when the sitting Judges were appointed by the Republican President who is the head (Boss) of his Party UPND and his members (ministers and others)? In all honesty, how can his subordinates (Judges or law bearers) investigate his members (ministers and others) without his (president) go ahead? We need to have an independent committee within the Judiciary comprising of competent and honest law bearers to be nominating and appointing Judges to be presiding over the cases.

Indeed the set up of the Constitutional Court being a final Court of appeal and being on par with the Supreme Court...(meaning there is no recourse to the Supreme Court) . It is a misnomer it needs correcting ....and curtails the journey towards justice with effective checks and balances.

I don't have to watch the whole interview to tell that this phrase title is wrong. HH has demonstrated political will but a president doesn't rule in isolation. Not true,,if you look at these group,, these are old of old lasf, pension and not to be paid from the council,, The issue which zctu and all unions need to sort out is the basis for terminal benefit computation,, while napsa act picks gross as the basis for 10% pension deduction, old council members of lasf is and was at basic pay and at 5% making ones contributions very little after 32years working and most of those had very small basic pay of less than K3000. So they may have been paid their terminal benefits and lasf lump sum, and now thier monthly payments that they recieve from lasf is K67. This is due to their low wages they were getting and now they have finished their benefits, hence the feeling of crying.
