Every time, I hear this song or see it on KZbin, it makes me cry, Because I can still remember that high school who had hide and had to concel who I was. Today, I am a 65 year old Openly Gay Male, living with my Husband. There was no crowd. This was the night they record so there are cameras set up to catch multiple angles so they don't have a crowd!

This looks like a visually gorgeous production, and I'd assume it's over now - but for future reference, it's not advisable to make a promo video for a musical in which the singers massacre the harmonies. Even in the very LAST NOTES of the clip. Not good PR for a show charging up to $52 a ticket, for flat singing.

At one minute 1:00 in there is a great little costume transformation point where "The Black 'Stache" pulls a cord and the folding colanders that serve as his mermaid breasts pop open into big flower shapes. Elastic on the fans also let the actors do a cool move where they drop the fan, it goes down, then they come back up and can be grabbed again kind of like a yoyo.
