I’m not nearly as good at riding as you are but I’ve found it helpful to look at something at the end of the arena in line of where I’m going and not taking my eye off of it until I get there to keep a straight line. I’m not sure if that’s any help. You absolutely amazing at riding by the way! I hope I can get that good!!!!

Hi where did you get the horse goggles? My ottb has the bright sunlight issue.. photic sensitivity. Does he have it too a bit? I suspect it’s kinda from track life indoors and on tons of electrolytes.

does he wear a hackamore because he is sensitive in the mouth? I ride a OTTB for my trainer but if you touch the bit to much he loses it. so I was wondering if maybe a hackamore would work better. thanks

I could just hear my trainer yelling when you went at an angle to some of the jumps( I don’t know if you actually did or if it was just the camera angle but amazing job)
@qwurp3430
@qwurp3430 5 ай бұрын
It’s actually very good to ride jumps on weird angles sometimes, it helps with letting the horse focus and learning how to use his feet when jumping.

@Z4LA_787

Yes jumping is very tiring because you have your Focus on the jump but you also have to focus on the approach to the jump and your position

At what point would you start counting his strides up to the jump? If you do at all - just curious to know! Beautiful riding, can only hope to be this good one day!!!
