Just found your channel. I am also on week 3 of my journey to better health. I feel awful if I eat processed or fast food after not eating it for a while. A plus is that it helps you to make the decision not to eat it if you stop and think about how you will feel after. Good luck with your journey, and don't beat yourself up... Just get back on track. that's absolutely amazing, I love seeing someone with the same goal and is working toward it. I started on late June at 261lb and now I'm at 256lb. tbh snacking is my worst enemy, I'm trying to limit it as mush as possible. New sub and good luck <3

I do that chip thing with Walmart Marketside chopped salads. Naked pita chips for the win. And our body likes carbs for energy, they aren't the enemy. Don't feel bad about the fun foods every now and then. As long as you are expending more calories than you are eating, it's ok to budget those in every now and then! I'm about 8 pounds down in the last 5 weeks (give or take a little for hormonal fluctuations). We're gonna do this dang thing together!!!

I tell myself i can have whatever it is that im craving as long as i have a grilled chicken breast first. It usually passes or at least i eat way less of the craving
