Hey, loved the vibe🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested.

I'm so glad I found you I had an ischemic stroke 4 years ago that paralyzed my left side, I was abandoned in the hospital by my family during covid now I'm stuck in a horrible nursing home and pray for death on a daily basis

I am 59, and 16 months post serious stroke (26/42). Every other day I get a locked glute. Recently, my foot has weakness, but full ROM, and spasms every other day... same day as glute. Recently I realized how strong and tight fascia can get, so I think that's key. My arm was remapped to a different part of the brain 10 days post stroke, so it works well. My proprioception is in its infancy, and nerves are starting to take off. Thanks for video clip

I am so sorry! 😢 I was wondering what happened to you. I know your pain. I have had sciatica problems since I was in my 20s and now 30 years later still have it if I turn the wrong way or slip I have pain. I walked the whole time my husband was in surgery 3 times. Once he healed I went and had back surgery. Worked for about 10 years and it started up again. Let me know if I can help by talking with you. Dawn ❤❤

Hi. Thank you for your message. I just saw it now, 8 months later, sorry. I hope you and your husband are out of pain and doing better. I am doing better, not back to normal, and I am still limited, but it was way worse a few months ago. Its been a whole year now of this. UG, pain is exhausting. I truly hope you are doing better too

Reaction time is something that I’m working on. Kept thinking it was reflexes but reaction is a more precise word. I trained in the kitchen so since my strokes I’ve not been able to return to work. Mom now allows me to cook at least once a week and help prepare meals about once a day. Just preparing basically means warming up food already prepared 🤣🤣 Anyways...recovery really has been a journey but now I have more empathy. Your support group has really helped me understand what was happening to me and to relate to others

I’m a stroke survivor and lost my left side of my body (control thereof)and now hemiplegic from it. My left hand was dominant hand and fortunately I spent many years as a sign painter training with my right hand because of necessity on the job. I now paint, write and draw with my right hand even though it feels backwards because of being left dominant all my life. I really have no use of my left hand;I can’t move it at all, but I do remember how much I used the left; very frustrating losing control of one side of your body! Your points apply still, even though I am using the right hand. Thank you!
