The best way to use this is with a local SIM card. I have used an AIS tourist SIM card in Thailand and a Claro tourist SIM card in Brazil and they were both cheap and I got a lot of fast data. Don’t buy the data packs for long term , I just get a one day pack to get me through when I land and until I can get to the phone shop Never buy a sim at the airport, they jack up the price.
