Oh my, that poor wonderful lady growing up as a child it must have been merciless on the school playground. Sure hope during those days she had a maiden name for suitable for what seem to be a great story of generosity. These little tidbits of others would be a story I would share with the class at least on a weekly basis, so they would know no matter a person's humble beginnings or the struggles in life one can face, victory can be found in determination and just simple gestures of care and compassion! Thanks so much as floods of memories came back with this one.
