I run a bobcat S595 with a swivel grapple. It costs less to buy the Bobcat. Than to buy this IR 4000 tele. I used machines like this in the past, and they can't lift as much as my bobcat.
@chipperllctrailersandequip4214Ай бұрын
I don't think you have compared the IR4000 to your Bobcat. It is different that other wheel loaders. It's a little longer and it's layout pushes it's weight further back. I will out lift other wheel loaders and skid steers much heavier than it due to it's layout. 5577# operating weight 9000# low tip, 6328# weak point tip, 4000# operating Capacity, 144" in height. S590 Bobcat 6765#, 4000# Tip, 2000# operating capacity, 119" pin height. The bobcat does have the advantage of being a little shorter so it's more compact but the lift capacity of the IR4000 is more than even a S770 Bobcat. It's just math, Lengthen the wheelbase and move the weight of the machine further back from the front tires an that's how it does it. Different from skid steers and different from other wheel loaders. If you try this machine it's lift capacity will blow your mind.

@chipperllctrailersandequip42143 ай бұрын
This trailer is designed to be inexpensive, it is not designed for heavy loads, it's max payload is about 2400# which is less than one yard of rock but it can haul several yards of lighter material easily. We have dump trailers up to 25,000 lbs but this is the only one we have at this price point. We have asked for a similar model with 5200# axle to be designed but of course if and when they build it the price will increase. Once built we will of course post a new video. Thank you!

Pros and cons to both ways. Automatic tarp systems are fast but dont really secure the sides of the tarp. Tarps on each container allow you to tarp it from the ground. Only about 5' from ground to top. Can add a few bungees along the side if the load is overfull and keeps the system cost lower but agreed the auto tarp systems are nice. Not yet available through Iron Bull but several 3rd party companies make them.

@@chipperllctrailersandequip4214 how to load and unload them when they are stacked like that
@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын
Unstacking with crane or machine capable of lifting about 2500# at 10 feet out is easiest. Second option, if don't mind few scratches and don't want to have to rent machinery. Place floor jack between top can and middle can. Jack top can up. Put wood blocks so top can will slide over can underneath. Typically can buy one 4x4 post and cut it up into pieces. Find an open area with no hazards and Tilt stack and the top can will slide off but the middle can will not because the tabs at the rear will catch. Repeat for the middle can. If they are unstacked and you want to restack would require another machine or some creativity. @@passportgang8189

I saw they make an electric one. What do yall sell those for? I messaged them directly as well before I found this video
@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын
If you get electric I would make sure you can get a LI-PO battery. We sold some electric wheel loaders with the lead acid batteries but the amount of work per charge was lackluster. The issue with batteries is service life of the batteries. Batteries do not like to go long periods without use. If stored at partial charge for log they loose service life. They also do not like being stored outdoors. We are recommending gasoline or diesel for any outdoor application. If you need clean and quiet power go for battery but you will have limited run time per charge and batteries all have a shorter life span than the average gas or diesel engine.
@GadgetMan7777 ай бұрын
@chipperllctrailersandequip4214 thanks for the info! I have a decent amount of experience with electric (including an electric truck!) and understand some of the downsides but they generally work for my use case! Anyhow, would love to see prices of electric ones yall can do since you import in bulk - if you ever do. Thanks again for the response
@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын
If you get the version with good LIPO batteries the price is about the same as the diesel and I strongly recommend diesel over electric where you have the choice. We have diesel in stock. We have some new machines old stock at discount. www.chipperllcsales.com/2021-everun-ere12-with-manual-thumb-mini-excavators-16hp-kubota-diesel-2300-retractable-tracks-jlXl.html Diesel engine will still be 100% in 10 years, electric you will have the cost equivalent to replacing the engine in 5-10 years when batteries are shot. If that doesn't bother you then if you reach out to Everun and they will work with you to import one or we can import one for you. If you go through us it will be about $15,000 delivered to you.

I'm considering the IR1600WL, with options, to replace my Mustang 2040 skid steer. Will my attachments fit it? The auxiliary hydraulic seems a bit low, can that be bumped up? I have extensive experience with Chinese equipment, so that's not an issue. What is the lead time for orders?
@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын
The IR1600WL is in stock but it only has a 26hp motor so the auxiliary hydrualics are limited due the smaller engine. It is more of a material carrier than it is for operating high flow attachments.

@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын

All I have to say is that loader lift speed is not good to be fastest. That is dangerous and it SUCKS to lower a loader when at max capacity. First thing is do is put limiters on that system right away. Toro speed is the best. Period, no argument. I’ve had way too many guys throw buckets over top of the hood and themselves and smash trailers and trucks. To me that says nothing more than unregulated controls
@chipperllctrailersandequip42147 ай бұрын
Noted: But as you can see both the Iron-Rhino and Bobcat MT85 share the same arms speed meaning they are allocating comparable fluid flow to the arms work function so both Iron-Rhino and Bobcat deem that arm speed safe. Any time you have a full bucket and lower it, when you stop it puts a kinetic load on the machine which is one of the reasons operators are trained that you work with arms low an only lift safe loads and further only lift to that height to dump. As an operator trained on working with loads safely, I appreciate the speed. Faster cycle times means more work done at the end of the day. But I get it that it can be hard to get operators to work as they should, that's always a struggle. Thanks for the comment.
@AATreeService7 ай бұрын
@@chipperllctrailersandequip4214 not necessarily a problem for me but employees yes. Our John Deere loaders are the slowest loader speed yet can lift the most but yet they have the least smashed hoods! Least accidents. Our company owns 80 e42 excavators and they get the boom speeds adjusted before they get delivered right away. Our insurance goes down every year because of this and the operators like it better.
