No, they have a very large valve that reduces pressure to give a 5.7 second cycle time. Unfortunately that style valve only has auto retract not full auto cycle but with less than 6 second cycle it's not even needed. I would prefer a 5.7 cycle to a 9 second cycle with auto-cycle. Thats about the difference with standard small orifice auto-cycle vs what's on the splitter.

Enclosed cab IR44 has Heat and AC

Judging from the leg bending in the first use I'd say they never once ran it through it's paces. Eastonmade look alike for sure but the steel is not in the right places on that thing to say the least.

@Tonnsfabrication yeah, not as durable as the 22-28, which should be the one it is supposed to be like. The steel definitely looks thinner.

Little thinner than Eastonmade but Eastonmade is a bit overbuilt. Very comparable to thickness of steel on Timberwolf and Wolfe Ridge commercial splitters which we also sell. 7" I beam with 3/8" flanges and reinforcement at the end. 1" thick on main part of wedges, 9/16" thick on wedge wings, Most other steel is 7/16" thick. I think it's half the price and it's going to be a great splitter. We already decided to add two Ram brand drop legs and inserting a 1" solid rod inside the retract arms tube steel. We doing this to all units as the dealer to make them better. That corrects the only defects we saw in testing. Easy improvement to make it better. Thanks for watching and the comment!

I'm going to look into that tomorrow. This was my first time running this machine and we were rushing to finish video about a hour past quitting time. I think we might have needed to adjust the wedge adjustment cylinder connection on that splitter. We couldn't quite get the wedge out without removing the pin on ours, even in full down position, but if we adjusted the throw on the wedge lift cylinder it might save us some work changing wedges, if not it's a great idea to implement. I'll ask for you and get back to you. There is for sure aftermarket GN to 5th wheel adapters available but they are setting the 5th wheel at GN height with that. That works if your truck if factory 5th wheel. Now if you truck is also GN and you buy the 5th wheel adapter it sits almost 12 inches above GN height and then you have issues. So truck factory 5th wheel and trailer with adapter normally works or factory 5th wheel trailer and adapter on truck normally works but if both the truck and trailer have been adapted to 5th wheel the result is front of trailer will set to high and overwork the rear axle. Of course this cand be overcome with a good fab shop to shorten the tube on the trailer (warranty voided). But once you do that it would then take a fab shop to get the trailer back to gooseneck. Google some photos of 5th wheel and goosenecks to see what I mean. If the plate is flush with the bed then you golden. Get a 5th wheel adapter to slide in the GN tube and you good. If the 5th wheel plate is up 12 inches from bottom of bed you must have a factor 5th wheel trailer or you'll have to modify the trailer tube.

Something like that could probably be fabricated pretty easily. A lot of people use these machines for mulch, gravel, and dirt.

The auxilliary hydraulic output is only about 22LPM or 6 GPM. It only provides enough flow to operate hydraulic forks or hydraulic rotator etc but not enough to power mowers or other attachments that need a lot of flow.

The HWP-120 and HWP-140 has manual adjustable wedge height. The HWP-150 has hydraulic adjustable wedge height. You can look around and find cheaper (China) but you won't find the quality of Halverson USA at the price of Halverson. Not aware of anything that is this quality at anywhere near the Halverson price.

I don't think you have compared the IR4000 to your Bobcat. It is different that other wheel loaders. It's a little longer and it's layout pushes it's weight further back. I will out lift other wheel loaders and skid steers much heavier than it due to it's layout. 5577# operating weight 9000# low tip, 6328# weak point tip, 4000# operating Capacity, 144" in height. S590 Bobcat 6765#, 4000# Tip, 2000# operating capacity, 119" pin height. The bobcat does have the advantage of being a little shorter so it's more compact but the lift capacity of the IR4000 is more than even a S770 Bobcat. It's just math, Lengthen the wheelbase and move the weight of the machine further back from the front tires an that's how it does it. Different from skid steers and different from other wheel loaders. If you try this machine it's lift capacity will blow your mind.

Will it dump one ton of gravel?

This trailer is designed to be inexpensive, it is not designed for heavy loads, it's max payload is about 2400# which is less than one yard of rock but it can haul several yards of lighter material easily. We have dump trailers up to 25,000 lbs but this is the only one we have at this price point. We have asked for a similar model with 5200# axle to be designed but of course if and when they build it the price will increase. Once built we will of course post a new video. Thank you!
