wonderful video Louise, Brilliantly put and yep completely get the drug/meds bit. The amount of times I've turned round to the better half in public and commented out loud that I've got to get my drugs.................

Hahahaha yes! All the time. And you feel you have to clarify loudly that you don't mean the recreational variety...
