Check out TechnoToyTuning. You can get ready made coilovers from then. Other than that, you will have to get custom made ones unless you convert the whole front end to like an S13 setup.

Thanks Daniel 😀 ! Yeah I love both the light metallic blue and gold. There is a super nice light metallic blue one in Perth going around. I think it depends on what colour interior you have too. I haven't seen any really nice white ones done yet that are super clean so that will sick as well. Or because you are respraying, you could go a custom colour to be unique but still keep it simple with just some nice wheels and coilovers 👍.

Hi Miguel! Thanks a lot man! No, my coilovers (F&R) were custom made by a local engineering/fabrication workshop as no one made them at the time. I am not sure about the Megans in terms of quality and ride but my friend has a 1JZ MX73 with BC coilovers and they are great. His car rides better than mine. The IRS on the MX73s probably helps though haha. So yeah BC coils should be sweet for the MX83 Miguel. Also check out SerialNine. They make some good stuff and you should be able to slam the car to the floor with their coilovers ;) .

This is an early model MX62 which has different headlights, front indicator lights, grill and bonnet to the late model MX62. Some late models also came with 5M-GE's as well I think instead of the 5M-E.

Tigermac13 I'm from America, mine has the 5M-E with a blown head gasket. My plan is to 1J swap it. I'd like to get my hands on those head lights and grill.

Ahhh spewing yours has a blown head gasket! Yeah 1J is the perfect replacement! Okay so American Cressida's are different to the Cressida's that we have here in Australia. Different headlights, bonnets, indicators, badges, grills etc. I think some of yours may even come with G series motors as well as M series like the 1G. Also, some X6 Cressida's in America have independent rear suspension and can even come in a manual transmission option from factory. Is yours solid rear axle or independent? Also, if yours is a sedan, it is probably stamped as an MX63 whereas mine is a MX62. Your MX62s in America are wagons I believe. My headlights were also available on the European market I think too. I'll send you an email on the weekend or early next week with some links for parts and info etc. Remind me if I forget lol.

At one stage I was thinking of doing a 1J swap with R154, 6boost manifold and 3071 (oh how much fun that would be haha), but I have decided against doing this. Mainly because I want to keep the car as original and unmolested as I can. The car is really clean and is pretty much all original besides the wheels and suspension so I want to keep it this way :) . If the 5M ever blows, I may reconsider haha.

Its auto so thought might as well swap the whole thing out if im gona change the trans. But definitely low and some nice dished steelies got a buncha shit planned tryna keep it as subtle as i can though. And yeah for sure i get ya, this ones in mint condition too but im not too fussed about raping it hahah. how did you go about getting yours so nicely low if i may ask? Bit of a novice, ive been reading a shit ton but wouldnt mind some first hand advice if youve got the time at some point hahah :)

Hating the auto . and Hating how high off the ground the car is Currently sitting. Other than those two things it is a fucking awesome car !!!!

Sorry about the late reply! Great to here you bought the car and all is going well. Yeah, auto was the only factory option for the MX62s here in Australia. I reckon its great just for cruising around, so relaxing not having to put effort into changing gears and stuff haha. Unless you want to start sliding the car around or thrashing it on a hills run, then auto is fine. If I did a 1J conversion Id definitely go manual for sure. But only being offered in auto from factory is a great excuse to have an auto haha. Just chuck us ya email address mate if you want to know some more details on the suspension and stuff.
