Well this is how i m playing Most of the settings on high or ultra With anti aliasing on txaa2 To get rid of shimmering shit Other options are trash Like( smaa smaa + fxaa ) Ambient on hboa+ Well the fps are locked 35 Yaa i know it kind of a huge trade of But 35 fps with this settings are the best for balacned gameplay But You can try to lower the pixel density to and lock to 45 fps With pixel desity on 80 but graphics will look blurry so This setting are 1650 users And i m using motion blur to gett rid of 35 fps choppy ness while moving the camera

Would have been interesting to hear Your opinion on it. In my opinion the stuttering is pretty bad as soon as Geralt fights or rides. I would not like to play like that more than a few minutes. I also have a GTX 1650, but as CPU I7-9750. I had to reduce the most settings to off/low. Playing on DX11, Anti Aliasing off, Hairworks off etc. And I do get better FPS... but the game still stutters.
