Excellent question! There are various ways this can be done, all depends upon the use case and architecture. The power of Quantum must be plugged in somewhere, then leveraged by either the database or some other component. Decentralized systems must be discrete by definition, so there will need to be some call in their runtime to grab the functionality, like via the Distributed Quantum Ledger Database. @Sean Brehm, correct me if I'm wrong!
