Great poem but the background music is way too high

Years ago, I found myself living in my banged up car. Everything was going wrong. I wanted to “give up.” In my belongings I found this poem. I cried because it perfectly summarised my life at that moment. I’ve no idea where it came from, but it saved my life.

God I feel like quitting right now. So many things are going wrong and I'm afraid. It's always fear. Fear has always won. I just don't know how to win that fight. Pray for me please? Please.

I met Morne at a bulls training camp a couple of years ago what a great human being

We watched that game in 2009 and was screaming put morne on. Remeber it like yesterday.

I was never a Morne Steyn fan because he lacked on defence in his early career but he has developed overseas and has helped the Bulls tremendously since coming there again and improved the defensive side of his game over the years.I think he has earned the “legend” tag that is too commonly used these days.Pity Duane Vermeulen couldn’t get on for a game against the Lions , I’m sure he would’ve performed similarly.

8 series won by the springboks vs The Lions since 1891 - 2021. Morne Steyn scores the winning penalty in the last 2 series. History has surely been made here!

My grandfather bought a framed copy of this poem eons ago. Always sitting in family kitchen, even after he passed, still have it hung up, every house lived at. You never know what life will do to you, but the most sure fire way to fail, is to give up trying. Cherish these words everyone.
