proper maintenance is the key to these cranes. their online support is pretty decent and knowledgeable. Dambach is a robust system.

its so hard to get anything from them as far as sensor and reflector placement. Service after the sale is very poor

Impressive ASRS . Riddle me this , how does your technician clear a over current fault due to a miss aligned tote or any fault for that matter if your storage levels are well up in height? Is there a proprietary lift for maintenance or just a industry standard scissor lift ?
