you have a good podcast with substance but the angle where it was focusing on you had a not so good background plus its the first part of the clip so it might make people click away

I agree with most of this but am so tired of the ignorance regarding carnivore. That is by far the most nutrient dense food that exists and there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate🙄

Everyone has something to say these days.. podcasts are everywhere. My husband has navy seal friends and many of them lead very normal lives with families of their own, they don’t run around thinking they know everything.

Thank you for such a wonderfully frank interview. Lucas really helped me during the longest lockdown in the world in Melbourne, Australia. I love your resilience and ability to deal with people saying “no” to you. It is such an important life skill and I think theatre and dance training also develops this skill with rejections. AND yes you do hold my attention for more than a few seconds. I love your feeds into KZbin etc., especially your pelvic floor exercises where you explain about the different muscles to isolate. “I wish you enough” as you inspire me so much. Thank you Joe for such a relaxed and natural conversational interview. Gratitude is the greatest gift of all.

“Do you worry about drinking”…. You are too young or your values are off. When you make the shift, it’s not negotiable You don’t want to slow down and poison yourself. If you have a few drinks it’s no big deal because you want do it again. You are a drinker of you have the desire to drink. You haven’t shifted

I love this! I saw Dr. Chutkan speak 10 years ago. She is wonderful. The only thing I would comment on is if any parents or parents to be can find a video of her speaking on how a vaginal birth starts the building of the gut biome it is amazing. I mention it every time I teach life coaches about nutrition and lifecycle. Thanks!

Lucas, Thank you for sharing your story and perspective on entrepreneurship. Prior to 2020 and in perspective even during I had a rather blessed life including financially. It was not very fulfilling though. You changed that for me. I'm a graduate from your YTC and couldn't appreciate you more. Entrepreneurship has been a very slow financial progress but has mentally been very worth it. Thank you for your many personal sacrifices to be a leader of positive change. I appreciate you ! Jewels

Bro I wanna know how to Restart our Life / Career if we have wasted or say behind 5 yrs of everybody due to lack of Vision & Discipline or Seriousness..now i know all have a separate path in life & competition does not make any sense but how to Cover up the Damage that has been caused due to it Mentally & Financially ? Sometimes being Positive also becomes too hard as we realize the Opportunities that has been missed..

Dear God💗❤️💗❤️💞🙏in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the , life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.

The Gospel of salvation of our souls: 💜💕❤️❤️💕💕💕❤️📖✝️🕎💡💡❤️❤️💞💜💕For what I received I passed on to you as of [first importance]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time,
