No manual setup is needed for USB connection between the GoPro or Media Mod and PC. Make sure you have the newest firmware for GoPro (mine is GoPro 11 black). There will be no menu option for USB connection on GoPro. Just connect USB cable to GoPro/Media Mod and PC. Wait at least 5-10 seconds and GoPro camera icon/folder will automatically show up on your PC. You are free to transfer files between GoPro and PC. (also make sure your USB cable can transmit data)

After deleting the downloaded episodes per cast as shown in this ITJungles video, remove the cast channel and then DELETE the Podcast app from your phone to reset the Podcast app and clear the allocated memory (MB/GB). Hope this helps.
