This isn't Genshin, any shikigamis will be added to the summoning pool unless they stated it's a limited shikigami (like collaboration SSR Yato no Kami). Good luck getting him, may Susanoo come home for you!

You must collect all SSRs (not including limited SSRs) in order to have 15% at the starting summon 😊

this game is actually one of the most generous gacha game out there with lots of continuous free jade source if you grind enough. it takes time and lots of patience to build up your resource, but you definitely can progress far as F2P
