Contact your landlord....if you have one....! Ive just gone through 12 months of HELL regarding this issue in my wetroom.... And replacing the Whale motor didn't help... Its a drainage problem...! My housing association is about to install a new wetroom for me in a few days.... Best wishes x

Hi I’ve ran into a problem with this system for my bathroom , previously a wet room. We have taken away the pump to the wet room and installed a bath. However the shower has now stopped working and turns itself off after 10-15 seconds. The water is getting up to temperature and is not cutting off when the pump would be starting . I’m not sure if this is on a timer or a flow switch is on a pipe . Is there a way to bypass either of these so that the shower will stay on ?

I have problem with my water pump, is it plumber or electrician that can fix? Is not sucking water out.

Sunyflow is easyer to install no need sensor from water supply
