I’m here cuz my dad used to always be saying a line (lol a line) from this song 😂 and I was thinking about him (he passed in 2011) and I realized I never knew who sang the actual song so I just looked up the lyric I knew n now here I am. Good song. My dad was a funny dude 💖💖

I had the most distinctive pleasure of befriending Tee Scott, At club Zanzibar he brought this to the club on acetate white label. After he cued this up and brought the track in, the entire club lost their ever-loving minds, He ran it about three times between vocals and instrumental. Great track, great times, and great memories my friend. Afterward, I became his light man at Cheetah Club in Paterson, New Jersey for the years they were open and whenever he played in the metro area. Continue to rest in Heavenly peace my brother, and those were definitely "HAPPY DAYS".

This song was my New Years Eve 2022/2023 on a beach in Vietnam at 6.30am when they played this song during the sunrise. I think that’s one of the most perfect moments I’ve ever experienced in my life. Since then I come back here sometimes. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
